1.5 mile warm up. Ran the Reaper. It was very tough today. Took 5th with a 10:30 so slower times for most people. Cooled down the Reaper and then the loop. Doing a recovery tonight after work if any one wants to come with me.
PM-3.9 miles. Shout out to Gan who visited me at the shack. It was great seeing her! Also shout out to Spencer who visited me. It was good but not as good as Gan. Hung with Casey and Carson and told each other about our XC camps. Went on an easy run with them where we put in a lap on the Junior High track to throw it back to the glory days. Going for 60 miles this week.
