Kenpo. This workout always goes pretty quickly. This is recovery week before the last phase of p90x. I am considering my options: 1. Just finish as the p90x plan is written. 2. Drop p90x in favor of running. 3. Do the strengthening portions of p90x and then run instead of doing the cardio workouts. So I think I'd be running 3 x a week (but would like to do 4).
I am leaning toward #3. That will help me ease back into logging some miles. Still trying to decide, though, what to do next week as I will be on vacation. I can bring my weights and computer to do p90x, but I have a few running friends that go with me on vacation and I enjoy getting this time to run and visit with them every year.
