Personal:
I run with God. I use my running time to contemplate, to pray and to listen for His call. I'm married to a non-runner, but a supportive one, and we have four children.
I feel pretty good about this run. Lungs felt great. Pace was good. Hip felt okay. I will need to stretch well and do some ab work and then see how it feels tomorrow. AP 8:26 (8:40, 8:40, 8:31, 8:21, 8:21, 8:25, 8:08, 8:25).
3 treadmill miles. My hip feels worse after treadmill running, but as of right now, during the week I don't often get a chance to run before 830. That should change as the weather gets nicer.
