| I chickened out about running outside. It was colder than yesterday (but hugely less windy). And since it was my last day for the gym, I went there to ask some questions. The run was pretty good. I warmed up for 10 min at 6.5 pace, then did a ladder workout. 2 min. hard, 2 min. easy. I started at 7.0 for hard and went by .5 up to 8.5, then back down. My easy pace was always 6.5. I did this pretty much for the next 30 minutes, except at first I was going to do the last 4 minutes at 6.5 pace. Instead I did 4 min at my last hard pace (7.0) and finished on an easy 2 minutes. |

| Warmed up .5 mile, then did a 5K at 8:00 pace. After that I cooled down. This was a treadmill workout--I renewed my gym membership. I'm nervous about doing any fast running on the treadmill and was ultra conscious of the positioning of my feet. It was pretty nice outside today, but I was too hungry right when my husband came home, so I ran at about 7, after I ate.

| I worked out at home while I watched the second 1/2 of the Illini game (they won). I would say it was about 4-4.5 miles (I went for 45 minutes). Then I lifted.

| I remember nothing about this run. I think the distance was 4.6, but it might have been 4.7. I don't remember pace at all. I think I ran it at 8:41 pace, but I'm not sure. I think it was done in 40 minutes, so I'll stick with 8:41 pace, although I think I varied throughout.

| I started with a 10 minute run at 9:13 pace. Then I increased my pace. I went up to 8:57 for 15 minutes, then 8:41 for approximately 20 minutes, and then I finished with my last 2 miles at 8:34 pace.
