Char is still sick. Chuck stayed home with her today. My boss's wife also gave birth to their first child yesterday. She was a couple weeks early, but healthy.

Five easy treadmill miles before dinner since Chuck was already at home. Now I have the whole night ahead of me. I almost don't know what to do with myself.

Five treadmill miles. Sort of a ladder, but nothing too fast. I always forget to take my inhaler before starting my run. I have to get in the habit.

This will, unfortunately, be a light running week. Charlotte is still sick, so my mom came down to stay with us. I have supervision stuff the next two days, so I might be able to squeeze in a couple miles, but it depends on what time I get home and what time my mom goes to bed. The treadmill's in the guest room...

Treadmill. One warmup mile. Then 6 x 400 at 7:30 pace with a 400 recovery in between. Then 1 mile cool down. I felt good during the fast pace. The pace was comfortable, but not easy.

The four or so inches of fresh snow mean that the exciting run I was planning outside for tomorrow will not take place outside. Our roads will be snow covered until it warms up, which might be this week.
