It was SO HOT inside (at the gym again today). Usually I bring a water bottle, but I didn't today and I really needed one. I stopped after mile 4 to get a quick drink. I warmed up 2 miles, did 1/4 mile fast, 1/4 mile slow for 4 miles, then .5 cool down. I actually cut my workout a little short. The treadmill shut down after an hour, so I figured it was a sign.
