I joined the shred crowd.  Did level one after a sorta crappy day that culminated in me leaving my purse in Chicago.  Hooray.

I jumped on the bandwagon after Carolyn and Indiana April talked about it. It's Jillian Michaels. It was $10 at Walmart and features 3 levels of 20 minute workouts. Rotations of strength, cardio and abs. I liked the level 1. My quads are burning a little today (she has you doing squats). But a good burn.

Me likes the shred...I always feel it in my shoulders or back muscles after I haven't done it for a while. I think tomorrow I will do level 3...muaha!
