I feel pretty good about this run. I intended to run a tiny run (2 miles) yesterday...but played Just Dance with the kids for a while in the morning instead...and then stuffed myself with food.
Anyway, I decided that I'd do 5 today and tomorrow, which still gets me to the miles I intended to do this week. I'm feeling better about running. I don't know what the heck was wrong with me last week. I started off faster than yesterday and pushed the pace in the last mile (8:59, 8:41, 8:51, 8:39, 8:12). It was warmer than I thought it was going to be, so I stopped to take off one of my sweatshirts at the end of mile 2.
