Shoulders and arms. He doesn't talk as much during this one, but I did shave off a few minutes by just starting my set when he announced the exercise instead of starting when they started. I also skipped the bonus round, half out of laziness and half out of time pressure. Then I did the abs. They seemed harder today, maybe because this is the first time in a few weeks that I've done the abs more than once (last week was not good, p90x-wise). I think I will not count last week and repeat this week's routine. |
