Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep encouraging my family in their development of a healthy lifestyle

Personal:
I run with God. I use my running time to contemplate, to pray and to listen for His call. I'm married to a non-runner, but a supportive one, and we have four children.
I feel pretty good about this run. Lungs felt great. Pace was good. Hip felt okay. I will need to stretch well and do some ab work and then see how it feels tomorrow. AP 8:26 (8:40, 8:40, 8:31, 8:21, 8:21, 8:25, 8:08, 8:25).

My comment emails are going into my spam for some reason. That's why I'm late in responding. For some reason I've determined that anything under 830 is fast.
But mine is all flat. You have elevation changes. I bet out speed is comparable.
