I run with God. I use my running time to contemplate, to pray and to listen for His call. I'm married to a non-runner, but a supportive one, and we have four children.

A fantastic run. It was in the upper 30s. Chilly for shorts because of the wind, but I chose them anyway. I kept a nice pace throughout. About an 8:15 average for the run, and it felt great.

Sweet! Shorts weather and no more treadmill for you either. Great pace today. Hopefully Caleb's stomach feels better!
