Just did my ab class. We did a lot of squats and wall-sits before doing everything else. It was a good one. I don't feel sore, per se, but I feel like I got a good workout. I was glad I didn't run before.
I brought the kids for the first time to the gym. It went okay, but I'll probably never bring them again. 1) Caleb was pouting while I was gone and I felt guilty about taking more time than I already had 2) when I went to get the kids, they were in a racquetball court and the baby-sitter was standing in the doorway cussing up a storm while she was talking to a couple of people outside the court. I mean, it was f-this and f-that while she had 4 kids with her! I almost felt moved to call and complain, but I will just solve my own problem by never bringing them again.
