GOALS.....My goal is to be an Age Division Winner and a Boston Marathon Qualifer & Participant as long as I can run this short, fat, tired old man body down the road!!!  This gettin' old crap isn't for the weak of heart, mind, body or spirit!

Another inclement day, took the rest day approach! I traveled to Ogden Utah this am to sign Troy and myself up for the Full Monte that happens in September! It’s game on now, the moneys been invested and there’s nothing left but the crying! Troy’s going for his first BQ and I’m going for my 15th and I’m gunna be there every step of the way to help Troy to make it to the finish line in Boston in 2020!!! But we first need to succeed at the Full Monte....Hey JD, you wanna schedule up some long run trainers?
