Continue running as often as I can, as far as I can, as fast as I can. Teaching my kids (by example) the rewards that come from putting in the work. Very slowly get to 50 states.

Personal:

I'm married, with two sons, 17, and 19.

I started running because someone dared me to.

I ran my first race 3 days after my 40th birthday. (Disney)

9.25 miles. Legacy Trail / Venetian Waterway Park. Laurel Road to South of Circus Bridge and back. 1:09:40. 7:32 pace. 3:00 pm start. 82 Deg. 73% hum. 63 d.p. Johnny was pacing me again on his bike. Things were going great until.... he wrecked pretty bad going down hill on the 41 overpass. We kind of limped it in the last 2 miles. He's okay. He was wrestling his brother as soon as we got home.

Life got in the way of running today. My car of 13 years / 277,000+ miles, finally quit today. I lost the whole day dealing with that. I might have to lose Tuesday to burying my old car, as well.
