I've been married to the lovely Kimberly for 38 years. We have 5 great kids and 5 great grandkids.
Another hard but fun Loafer Canyon run.
Nice Payson Canyon run. Took it a little easy to be nice to the legs and ease into the running all the way back down to Peteetneet.
Tired legs
Rest day. Enjoyed a nice hike with Kimi to Stewart falls.
Nice run down Hobble Creek canyon. Got a little tired the last couple miles but much better than 2 weeks ago and much better pace the last half.
