I've been married to the lovely Kimberly for 38 years. We have 5 great kids and 5 great grandkids.
Six in the early morning. Also did some walking probably around 3 miles for the day.
Five easy miles in the morning. Also got to the gym for 30 min XT just before lunch and walked about a mile in the afternoon at work.
Today's run featured 5 exciting hill repeats.
Been loving these 55 degree mornings!
