AM 3 very slow miles on the home TM. I'm trying to be smart and take it easy today. My hip has been very tight all weekend. It didn't help that I forgot to stretch after Saturday's run. So I spent a LONG time stretching, foam rolling and LLL. PM If I wouldn't have been lazy this morning and gotten up 30 minutes earlier, I wouldn't have to do my strength training tonight. But I was.... 3x 12 overhead press 20 skull crushers 12 butterflies LLL 10/side side to side lunges 10/side single leg hamstring lift 60 sec plank B6 More stretching and foam rolling. |
