I was suppose to do this run on Thursday, but I didn't have to have a back to back run which included a long run. So I thought Wednesday night might be a good medium and take Thursday off. I'm not sure if this thinking makes any sense, but we'll see how it rolls. PM: 3 easy miles that were constantly interrupted by texts and children needs. Planks on ball Stretch and foam roll. Ankle feels good. I'm still very sore from Monday's ST. It had better rain because I just put a bunch of fertilizer on my grass!!! |
