I wasn't able to run until right before dinner (I was a sleepy head the morning). I got a new pair of shoes today and I felt like I was floating on air (now I need to figure out how to use the shoe tracker). I had 2 bad parts to my run: 1. I ran through a HUGE puddle (it was dark and I couldn't see well) and got my brand new shoes wet. 2. I leave my water bottle under a street light at the end of the cul-de-sac. Some neighborhood punk swiped it. It was my favorite water bottle! My splits were: 1.1 mile - 10.34 minutes
.8 mile - 7 minutes
1.1 mile - 10 minutes
1 mile - 8 mimnutes .9 mile - 7 minutes .7 mile - 7 minutes 5.6 miles - 49.27 minutes Running up the canyon tomorrow morning!
