I have a crazy schedule today, so I got my tired hiney out of bed and headed to the gym. They have the music turned up SO loud that I have a hard time hearing my own music. I found a new glute workout on pinterest. 50 squats 30 walking lunges 20 jump squats 30 side lunges 50 bridges You are suppose to do it 3 times, but sadly I could only do it once. 3 slow miles on the TM. LLL and B6 after the run. Stretch and foam roll. On a side note, I am really liking all the lifting. I feel like I am getting stronger. |
