I decided to get up early to get my last "faster" workout in. I need to finish painting my dumb kitchen and wanted to have all day to get it done. Had to put it on hold for a week while I sewed up a quick job for my designer. Since I was heading to the track today, I had bad dreams last night. WHY does the track give me bad dreams? :) But it was light outside when I went today. 1 mile run to the AFHS track 3x400 (200 recovery) (I needed something fast, but not a lot of reps that would fatigue my legs 1:31, 1:33, 1:30 I was really surprised at how fast these were (especially my first one). Maybe because my legs are fresh, or I was only doing 3, or it was light outside....or all of the above. Regardless, I was a small mental booster that my legs can move!!!! 1 mile run home I *think* I'm taking off Wednesday and Thursday. Maybe???
