Good morning sore arms and abs...thanks trainer! It was much warmer than I had anticipated and wished I had on a short sleeve shirt. There were very dark clouds in the sky and the air smelled so clean. Rain is a 'comin! 4 very slow miles this morning. My legs are feeling more normal every day, but they are still not 100%. I still have a ways to go. My hip has been feeling better too, but still very tight. I have 2 weeks still I start my official training for SGM. So just slow miles for me for the next little while. No need to hurry back. I just want to be smart and not get injured. 4 houses of lunges weighted LLL Stretch and foam roll
