new location so it was fun to see a new route
slowish bit below 9 min per mile I guess -- watch died
misjudged the training class i am in this week and got zero today
3.25 at lunch break for my training class -- slow and fat but im out there

Feet and legs are geting used to this again. Keeping runs short for now. I still am struggling with the mental part of this during a run.
love being able to run at lunch and pop back on the computer as soon as I get home. So much easier to run when I'm working out of the house. Luckily I have an at home virtual training all week. huzzah!
