took a few days off after a hard week last week - this is a step back week for me so I guess it's ok. I didn't intend to take yesterday off totally, but that's what happened. Today - AM - 5.56 in 7:33 pace - My legs are feeling a lot more fresh that's for sure. PM - 7.2 tempo miles - 6/mile pace 5.2 warmup cooldown miles around 7:45-7:55/mile
