Ran part of the marathon course today. It was part of the hilly section that I use to some short tempo runs. It was a decent run in the mist. I felt decent even climbing the hills on the way back. Longest run in a month :)
went out this afternoon for a "long run" it was mostly just to get over 40 for the week. So I got out on the marathon course and ran a big chunk of it. It is a nasty course - not a great place to PR. I felt good - no issues. I didn't really get into it at all but that's all part of the process I guess. It was nice to be out there on a long run (more like medium long) again.
