last day in PA - ran 6 on some back roads and some on the trail.  I'm bored of the rail trail already.  Weather better today but my legs didn't feel really zippy.

Slick - Happy New Year!!!

Not sure of my goals this year. I know I know I'm going to start a 50k this Sunday (for my b-day) and then I'll be doing a half in March. Other than that, I have a 5K in Feb, a 15K in April, and a few others mixed in.
