got to run after dark again - went out in search of good christmas lights again and found it pretty sparse.  Seems like people used to do more lights when I was a kid.

It is hard to run fast when you can't see the road or the sidewalk...

Yeah, it does seem like people used to hang lights a lot more back in the old days. I didn't get the chance to hang any this year.

Maybe Santa should bring you a little headlamp. I got one a few months ago for $20 and it's pretty bright. I think it's a Black Diamond brand, but not sure.

yeah last night, right after coming close to a twisted ankle, I was thinking I need one of those lights, too. I'll have to look for one on sale or something.
