Well it is the first time since my sickness that I've done two days in a row.  Granted it is only 4 miles each time, but I'm feeling more and more normal while running every workout.  Thank goodness!

You are never going to slow down, are you???? :)

Nice job!

Glad you are starting to feel better.

Yeah Teena, halfway through my run yesterday I remembered that I told you I'd try to slow it down. :) It didn't work out so well, but I am running shorter, so that counts for something. And I'm not racing it or anything, just trying to run comfortably and get back into form.

YAY! 2 days in a row and getting better and better! :)

Will be seeing the 6s pace in no time, I'm sure!

Nice run.

How do they know when you are better? Do they do some sort of test? Or is it just based on how you feel?

Good to see you out there again. The rest was probably good for your body though.

will try 3 days in a row today. Going to stay with the shorties until this weekend

I guess I could go get another blood test. but I really don't want to...

yeah - a positive thing is that my legs and feet feel great at least!
