Ran after more visiting in PA.  Ran the rail trail towards Vickburg - almost made it but turned around cause I didn't want to run in complete darkness.  All things are feeling fine.  I didn't have a lot of zip today but i got out at least.  It helps burn off the cookies...

yeah thanks, Dale - enjoying the time here. Trying at least to be consistant through the holidays, unlike last year.
