A good run in the rain today.  I took a bit of a wrong turn and was .55 short, but it was a good stong effort through Druid Hills.

i think my pr is 5:09 from track nights last year...not sure now what I can do but I want to take a shot at sub 5 this year. i need to get my butt in gear and get to the track. track nights start in may.

Cool...They have competitions like that around here, but they're usually 60 miles away.

yeah I'm lucky I can run my warm up to the track. It is exactly 3 miles away...
