yeah Dale- doing a 5 miler. There were a 10 mile and a 15 mile option. I've done the 15 mile option the past two or three years but I'm not in that kind of shape right now. I thought about the 10, but I'm not there yet.

Yep, the dreaded 5k when the body feels anything but fast! Lol Time to just dig deep for 20 minutes! :)
