felt slow and a little tight but i put my hat low over my eyes and just put in the time - felt ok after I got warmed up
hot out today - should be really nice tomorrow

6.1 @ 7:15 ave pace

after work - 4.6 @ 7:25 ave pace -- felt crappy and weak a mile or so from the end - had oatmeal an hour before but it didnt work for some reason

I always have to run right after I eat because I get hungry way too fast.

yeah i think it depends on the time of day. If it is a getting hungry time anyway I need to eat right before i leave. if it is not, then I am usually good. this morning i had a slice and a half of toast and i was fine for my long run.
