Ran a completely uninspired 6 later in the afternoon.  I really don't like the chilly weather.  Otherwise all things are a go.

Wow - this is how bad this year has been.  This month, November, has been my highest milage month of the year.  205 miles...dang that is crazy.   Maybe a good sign for next year.

Oh my, I must be a slacker, I don't ever remember doing a 205 mile month? I'll have to go back in my records and see if I've done such a thing. Your an animal Timp, just a raw meat eating manamal!!!!!

:) -- SLick - good luck this weekend! Have a safe trip.

Look at the bright side, you have consistently built mileage the last 4 months after being knocked out of commission in Mid May! :) It took me until this September to get my first 200 mile month ever.

yeah JG you are right. Each of the last 4 months has been high mileage than the last. And the main thing is that I sure am happy to be able to run.

>200 is nothing to sneeze at. To top it you'll have to run strong through the holidays.

i feel your pain, man. aside from the month behind my big run (oct), i haven't had a decent month of mileage all year.

as you said, though... next year...

From timp on Sat, Dec 03, 2011 at 19:53:48 from 99.110.188.230

Yeah Nevels - you got 300+ in the span of 7 or so days. That makes up for the whole year. How are you feeling after that?

From nevels on Sat, Dec 03, 2011 at 21:05:43 from 74.92.144.77

still kind of recuperating. had my longest run yet post-ARR, 10 miles. my feet still hurt, and my right calf is still trying to cause trouble, but other than that, i'm more or less back to normal...

(oh, and a SERIOUS case of dead legs is still very apparent...)

From timp on Sat, Dec 03, 2011 at 21:40:14 from 99.110.188.230

well that isn't too bad considering - and it is one to remember forever

From nevels on Sat, Dec 03, 2011 at 21:45:36 from 74.92.144.77

i agree completely; i'm still trying to wrap my mind around the whole thing...
