Had a nice run at lunchtime.  It felt like a nice honest effort.

6.75 @ 7:09 ave pace

4.6 @ 7:25 - after work - I thought it was faster than that, but I guess the watch doesn't get it wrong.  A little ache in my left foot.  We'll see how it goes.

NICE work and GREAT start to the week!

How many miles are you scheduled up for this week?

Hey Slick - I'm trying to stay in the high 60s for the next couple of weeks and then move into the low to mid 70s for a few weeks. I have just over 2 months until my half.

Nice runs. Remind me again which half you are doing?

From timp on Tue, Aug 24, 2010 at 12:34:26 from 136.182.2.25

thanks Dale - it is just a local one. It is reasonably flat and I'm going for a PR. Considering I haven't raced a half since 2004, I think I can do it. I just have a goal time in mind and I'm trying hard to get there.
