High School: won a few state championships, ran some decent times

College: Ran in some cool meets, ran some fast times, competed as a NCAA Division 1 athlete

Post-College:

1mile: 4:55 (May 23rd 2020 solo time trial) 

Short-Term Running Goals:

I'd like to be able to run 16 miles at 6:25 pace at 6,000 feet comfortably again. Maybe run some road races and hop into some track races?

ran 5 easy today, 7:05 avg. ran from my house to bicent, then looped up through the park and back to my house. nice little loop in the classic cedar city wind. I can really feel myself getting fitter. reminded why i fell madly and hopelessly in love with this sport. improvement you can see. 

i want to do a mile time trial soon, just spike up and go for it. if anyone reads my blog, give me a reasonable date for a time trial and i'll do it lol
