morning: 10min bike to shakeout before i time trial

afternoon: mile time trial! wanted to see where my fitness was at following my abandoning of my sport lol. got to cedar high's track with brady around 3:00pm. it was super windy, as it always is in cedar. warmed up, did strides, and started. got out in about 1:10, a bit too fast for where i'm at but it's hard not to be antsy when you know you're trying to go all out. 800 in 2:30, slowed down quite a bit haha. 1200 in 3:45, then finished for 4:55. felt spent! it's crazy that i used to be able to hold that pace for races much longer than a mile, now it's all out for a mile haha. either way, i'm so glad to be training agian. now i have a benchmark time to base my future training off of. back at it!

followed the time trial with 4x200m finishes, 33 33 33 32. felt smooth despite going all out 5 minutes earlier.
