| 3 mile tempo run at Liberty Park. 17:00 (5:40, 5:40, 5:40) I was five seconds behind Morgan, Gemachu was five seconds behind me. I didn't feel bad, but I didn't feel very good while I was running. My quads were very sore at the beginning though. We did a loop around for a warm up and for cool down. |

| Five miles. Pretty easy morning run. 7:30 pace. I started out pretty sore and tired but was able to loosen up and feel good. The last 10 minutes was harder and the last two minutes I really pushed hard, but it felt good. Pretty good pace run. About 4.5 miles. I felt much better than in the morning. It was under 7:30 pace. The last .65 mile was under 6:20 pace. |

| Ran with Gemachu. The run turned out to be longer than I expected. My left hip flexor hurts after going uphill for almost two miles, after running eight. (At least I think that's what caused it.) The run wasn't too hard. About 7:30 pace. |

| About 8:00 minute pace. Me Isaac, and Gemachu ran down to the pit and through and out the overpass. It was pretty slow and we were running in snow for quite a bit of it. Once we got off the path, we picked it up a lot the last two miles or so. Me and Gemachu finished very strong. I felt good, no injuries. |
