I just couldn't bare getting on the elliptical again and the bike is hurting my tush. Shame. SI joint showing signs of improvement. Wish my legs were. :(

It has been one week of no running ... wanted to test out my sea legs. 

2 miles -- stink ... not there yet, back on the elliptical I go. :(

80 minutes elliptical.

Keeping my chin up, trying to put on my "Teena Big Girl" face. This will pass, it always does. :)

Another 180 minutes on the elliptical. There is something very inherently wrong about that. Just trying desperately to hang on to what fitness I have left. :) :) :)
