Legs feel beat up. Not injured ... just tired, heavy, and tight (right biceps femoris feels especially tight). Decided to play it safe and only swim today.

1 mile swim (felt awesome)

19.3 miles

16.2 miles with the Chumps. SO SO SO good to have the group back together. It was also great to have Matt (my previous physiology prof) join us.

3.1 miles with P-Dawg!! :) :) :)  I was SUPER proud of him. Each mile he got progressively faster and he ended up averaging sub 10 minute miles. Not too shabby for a 10-year old just starting to ramp up his miles a bit! He is training for his first 10K. :) :) :)
