I think I am going to run another week or two relatively easy. I have had some medial gastroc pain since SGM that I would really like to rid myself of. It has never stopped me from running, but it sure would be nice not to worry about it. :)

The semester starts tomorrow, sigh! I have really enjoyed the past few weeks. It'll be a little difficult to get in the groove of studying again. :)

*Finally back in the water. Felt so good but swim was definitely slower (but steady). I forget too easily how much better my body and mind feels doing these types of workouts.
