75 minutes kayaking 1200 m swim ** So, I went kayaking in the U's pool with some classmates tonight. It was SO fun. I had never been in a kayak before and the goal was to teach me how to flip my kayak over and come back up!! I have the flipping over part down!!!! The coming up part ... well ... not so bueno!!! :) :) :) BUT I HAD SO MUCH FUN!!! :) And it was definitely a great arms and hips workout!! :) |
