Nice speedy miles! How are you feeling? :)

You are getting so speedy Teena. Just your regular training runs seem to be getting faster and faster.

Toby~

Most all of my midterms are done!! Just one outlier which is on Monday. :)

SSF~

Starting to feel much better. Eating more, sleeping more BUT getting a tad behind in school. Not too much though. :)

Rhett~

I am just taking my easy days SUPER easy. Never pushing more than 3 days (and usually only 2 days) per week. Not sure how it will translate over the long haul since I am not putting in a whole lot of miles. I definitely think that one of my problems in the past (and probably still now) is not giving my body adequate recovery time between hard workouts. I don't have any time goals this year so I'm just kind of going with the flow. :)
