SWEET! Now all you have to do is move to St. George so that we can run together! A new high school is going to open in 2019 ... they will most certainly need a cross country/track and field coach, right? :-)

And then maybe you could inspire Smo to run high school XC/Track. Her passion is basketball and she spends most of her time doing that, but damn I miss watching her run!! I don't want to pressure her to run because I love her living her truth, but certainly a few inspiring words from you may get her thinking! Ha Ha! Actually I think she may do track this year! She tore her flexor hallucis brevis as well as impinged a nerve in the same area during XC season last year. It was only the second week of her running with the team (granted she had literally played over 20 competitive basketball games the same two weeks since she was on 3 differnt basketball teams AND she did not tell me when she was having pain because she thought I'd make her rest, Ha Ha). However, I think that really discouraged her. She is now healthy but I think she has a fear that running may lead to an injury that would interfere with basketball. As previously mentioned, that is her main focus as far as athletic are concerned. How are your kiddos doing?
