16 miles (2 warm up, 12 @ 7:48, 2 cool down)

Not sure this run was all that smart. I was too tired and forced my way through. I'll try to sleep lots this weekend to make up for my lack of judgement. :) :) :)

Also, I really need to eat better meals instead of all the protein bars and shakes. My weight is down too low and I feel fatigued. Could just be the stress of midterms. But I know better. Come on, Teena, pull it together. :)

Nice run! That's a lot of MP miles. Hopefully you got a ton of sleep this weekend!

Midterms'll be done soon. Then you'll be getting your energy back. :)

Great work Teena! Now go eat a cheeseburger :)

Come on woman, eat some good food. You could stand to pack around a few more pounds!!!!

Good idea, Teena. You were already skinny as a rail, I don't see how you could lose anymore weight. Lol

Nice job pushing through, though. You're tough.

Bars and shakes? I'm guessing it's not snickers and chocolate...

From Rhett on Mon, Feb 25, 2013 at 16:16:02 from 74.41.239.14

For being tired and run down that was a nice pace over 16 miles Teena. Get some rest and start eating real food.

From Smooth on Mon, Feb 25, 2013 at 22:55:48 from 67.2.127.125

Ditto Rhett! :) :) :)

So, is mid-term over? I'm sure you aced it all with flying colors! Luvs! :)

Thanks everyone. :)

Fyi: I did have an awesome burger at Salt City that night! :)

This week I am definitely focusing on my overall health. That should be something I do all of the time. Sometimes I get caught in the trap of simply concentrating on miles.

(Snicker and chocolate MALTS rule ... but sadly, I was referring to fudge graham Zone bars and Naked shakes -- Naked juice with a huge handful of spinach and the occasional protein powder.)
