16 miles (2 warm up, 12 @ 7:48, 2 cool down) Not sure this run was all that smart. I was too tired and forced my way through. I'll try to sleep lots this weekend to make up for my lack of judgement. :) :) :) Also, I really need to eat better meals instead of all the protein bars and shakes. My weight is down too low and I feel fatigued. Could just be the stress of midterms. But I know better. Come on, Teena, pull it together. :) |
