1500 meter swim: Nice and easy. I can tell that I am out of swimming shape -- but that is to be expected. :) I feel really good today. My legs feel fine and the right hip tightness is very mild (barely noticeable). I feel as if I could run with no problems. The physical therapist in me is being more cautious acknowledging that 26.2 miles of racing definitely takes a toll on the body. I am committed to waiting at least a couple more days before running/jogging. Possibly waiting even until Friday. :) Happy Monday, All. :) |
