Okay, y'all, I should have clarified. It wasn't 8 straight minutes of one plank! That would be CRAY CRAY!!! It was 8 minutes of planks in a row. I.e., I did 2 minutes front plank, 1 minute side plank, 1 minute opposite side plank and then repeated the whole thing. No breaks, but not just one plank. :)
