Hi, Teena. You are buff and powerful. Where is your mind going on the NOW WHAT? section to the left?

Amazing as always! Is Ryan still putting in some fast mile with you?

Ry is Lawyerboy!!! I clicked on your comment on my blog and it went to his blog. you must've signed on his blog! Nice to have another Jensen on here! :). FRB is becoming a FFRB!!! ! :)
Nice run and awesome ST! That is a lot of heavy weights pressing, raising and curling! :)

Kam~
I still have NO idea!! Buff and powerful? HARDLY!! My upper body needs major work (as evidenced by the resistance). I am only doing 2 sets of 8-10 reps and it is definitely sufficiently taxing! :)
Rhett~
YEP!!! :) But on the weekdays we are often running different speeds on treadmills by each other at the gym. :)
SSF~
Weird that it showed my name but went to his blog. We just set it up (but it is supposed to be disabled). It is mostly so that he can keep track of the mileage on his shoes. :)
LUVS!! :)
