* Interesting discussion about ibuprofen/NSAIDs use in pharmacotherapeutics class this morning. Although many research studies done on animals show that using ibuprofen can delay healing time in muscle and bone damage, human studies do not corroborate this finding. A recent meta-analysis (study that analyzes the most credible studies on the topic) indicates that taking ibuprofen does not reduce muscular and/or bone healing time in humans. Interesting.

(I need to find the whole meta-analysis and read it.)

I am for ibuprofen/NSAID use for recovery. I've never had any complaints and that's enough evidence for me :-) On a serious note, I always love reading research articles about this kind of stuff. What are you studying in school? By the way, your pictures are so dang darling! Yes, so dang darling.
