Great! Taking it easy (at least running) for 9 weeks seems to have paid off. Now keep that pain away!
From Teena Marie on Tue, Dec 06, 2011 at 17:18:06 from 174.27.201.172
Thanks everyone!!!!! It was a very nice feeling to run for that long. I absolutely LOVED how I felt for the remainder of the day. Aaaaahhhh ... my drug of choice! ;)
SSF~
Tibia feels great! I called the doc because of the ache and tenderness that I was feeling. He told me that if I have no pain with hopping that I should be fine but to run only 3 days a week. I have zero pain hopping and the ache is mostly gone. I still am a bit tender there though but I only notice it if I am really poking hard at it though. So ... I have decided to stop poking it!!!! :) :) :)
