Morning:

11.1 miles

*GREAT* run with the Chumps/Physio running groups at City Creek! Had a fantastic time running with Fly, Andy, Paul, JohnnyV, Matt, Dave, Brooke, JD, Jake, and Allie (not TOU winner Allie, another Allie). I thought I was doing really great hanging with Andy and Fly until in between my gasps for air I noticed Andy was texting while running. DANG!!!! :) :) :)

Afternoon:

3.5 miles

*AWESOME* run with Ry in the rain. When we got home we were sopping wet! It was so much fun. :) :) :)

**** I wish every run could be as fun as they were today!!!! ****

A HUGE CONGRATS TO SMOOTH AND KELLI ON THEIR 50Ks!!!! :) :) :)

I need to run with people more often. Your runs always sound so fun too bad I live to far away. How did Smooth and Kelli do? no race reports yet : (
